Smith Center for the Performing Arts Breaks Ground


The Smith Center for the Performing Arts breaks ground and will be the centerpiece for Union Park (which was renamed Symphony park last week). This is a refreshing event in the wake of so many projects being stalled or canceled due to the current economic climate .
