The tower has a very streamlined appearance from this rear angle--it minimizes the tacky logo lettering.... One other thing--there is/was a 2nd tower planned (hence PH "Towers")...but there seems to be very little room for it--just north of the tower, there is a parking structure. Isn't that the location that the renderings show the 2nd tower to be located? Reply to this

I thought the same thing until I looked again and noticed that in the renderings the second tower is right on the street with a pool in between. Reply to this

Wow! That is a great view of the new tower! It actually looks sexy, and from this angle you don't even see the fin. I hope the 2nd tower never gets built. I really don't like 'twin' towers that are built side-by-side as it offers no views to those facing inwards. Who wants to look at a massive wall of reflective glass? I know I wouldn't. I also like your reference to the complex as Planet-Ho. Truth in labeling? Haha. Reply to this

i remember the original rendering had 2 towers parallel also but i think it will be best without #2 or perhaps a short one no more than 10 stories. that will preserve the views and also leave some breathing room. the strip is starting to become VERY crowded and before you know it there will be NO views.
i once took a tour of the grand chalet across the street and the guy was showing us the great view northward (before P-HO) and i thought how nice it would be until someone built a big blue tower right across the street. i know the folks at turnberry towers feel the same about F-blue.

Sorry Mike, the 2nd tower is going to be built, it's just a matter of when. I totally agree with you tho, the way it sits now, pretty much every room will have an excellent view. Mark and Greg. The 2nd tower is not north of the first tower, it's closer to the road as Mark said. It will be fit very comfortably right next to it's sister to the south. Reply to this

Yep...the original renderings do indeed show a tower right along Harmon (literally springing up right next to the sidewalk)...it is going to be a VERY snug fit....I would certainly want a unit on the north face of the existing tower--those on the south face will have an incredible view of a wall of glass after the 2nd tower goes up......
