Paris Isn't Burning
For those of you who have written about the destruction of the front of Paris Las Vegas, let me assure you that the project is just another enhancement to the Strip and an additional Strip-front restaurant. The 15,000-sq.-ft. Sugar Factory restaurant and retail will have a roof-top outdoor dining patio with great Bellagio Fountain views. Speaking of fountains, the Sugar Factory replaces the fountain that was in front of Paris.

Does anyone have any further info as to what type of restaurant the Sugar Factory will be? Also, will it be included in Harrah's Reward Card program, or a separate entity like Bon Ami Gabi?

I was pretty upset when I found out they were doing this. I loved Ah Sin which this restaurant is replacing. We were kind of wondering the same thing on what a Sugar Factory restaurant would serve and it sounds pretty plain from a few things I have read. Pizza, salad, sandwiches, etc. The thing they will be best known for in this location will be the desserts is my guess.

Pretty creepy how you edited out the people in my photo.... didn't even notice they were gone at first.

Gotta love Photoshop - I thought I took that, but now that I think about it... I will give you props on the Harrah's page.

I guess the beautiful Parisian fountain was too classy for a town so obsessed with money. If it's for sale, I would like to buy it for my front lawn.

LOOOOOVVVVVVVEEEEEE THIS IDEA!!! I THINK IT'S COOL THAT THE PARIS IS HELPING OUT WITH BELLAGIO'S FOUNTAIN VIEW, EVEN THOUGH ALL OF THE OTHER HOTELS SURROUNDING THE PROPERTY ARE DOING THE SAME.

I work at Paris, and Sugar Factory is still changing. Sugar Factory will be independent, like Mon Ani Gabi, and Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Ah Sin didn't make the money Harrah's thought it would, so they are bringing in a new exciting restaurant. FYI, the fountain was torn apart (run over) by a bulldozer. There is also going to be a new nightclub above Sugar Factory.
