I like it because it sticks out like a sore thumb with a whimsical feel. make me smile

Comment on New Photos and Pages for Smith and Ruvo

Hey Mark, thanks for the update. Great structure on the Brain Health Center. Really impressive. Please notice that according to the information given on that page one set of photos was shoot in 2028 ;-)

Comment on Fontainebleau Saved by Icahn

Maybe if they got another water park in town? Wet 'n Wild was in that area and is really missed now. We have hot days and families would probably love to spend time with the kids keeping cooled off.

Comment on Tivoli Village Under Construction Again

I think this is a fantastic idea for the area, there isn't anything like this around here. Town square which is neat is pretty far from where this is being built, so I'm pretty excited!

Comment on Fontainebleau Saved by Icahn

I kinda agree that Vegas has too many first class hotels. There are just so many people able to spend the big bucks right now. I think the saving grace will be to win back the family vacations to the middle of the road properties and let the Five Diamond hotels handle the high rollers.

Comment on Luxor's Remodel is Ummm.....

jon wrote:<br />"though I'm only 13 I have stayed at 14 casinos in my life"<br />Huh? The proposed settlement results in my receiving only 60% of my deposit back. It is very clear that the owners cannot deliver what I agreed to purchase, and under the agreement they have to return my deposit. I don't see why I should agree to take just 60%. If you agree, let me know and we can share thoughts about how to do better than 60%.
